The payment of registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). United States Dollar (USD) is for reference only.
* Verification letter from your department in your hospital is required to qualify for the Trainee fee.
Verification letter or valid student identity card issued by qualified institution is required to be eligible for the student rate.

Method of Payment
Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by the following methods:

  1. Credit Card in HKD (Visa / MasterCard)
  2. Alipay (information will be provided upon completion of registration form)
  3. Cheque in HKD (for local participants) (Cheque payable to “International Conference Consultants Ltd.”)
  4. Bank Transfer (information will be provided upon completion of registration form)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your registration should be made in writing to the Secretariat. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is received on or before 3 July 2023. There will be no refund for cancellations made after 3 July 2023.

Replacement or transfer is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced on or before 3 July 2023.

Letter of Invitation
On request, the Secretariat will send a letter of invitation by email to participant to attend the Conference. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant to apply leave or travel arrangement / and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Rules and Regulations

  • Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
  • Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
  • Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you could not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Secretariat at
  • The Programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, the only and maximum liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid.
  • The decision of the Organizers shall be final and conclusive.
  • All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat.
