Location and Transportation

The exhibition is located at the foyer of Room S221 on 5-6 August 2023.

Coffee / tea

Coffee / tea and refreshments will be served at the foyer area of Room S221 at the designated times.

Lunch Symposium

Lunch will be provided during the lunch symposium at the foyer area of Room S221 on 5-6 August 2023.  Seat is available on first-come-first-served basis.

Internet Service

Complimentary WIFI access is available in all the HKCEC venues.  There is a 60-minute usage limit of the free WIFI service upon registration of each user.  User will be disconnected from the Service if there is a prolonged idle time of 240 minutes.

Identification Badges

All participants will receive an identification badge upon registration. Name badges are required at all times for identification purposes and admission to the conference sessions and social events.


The official language of the Conference is English.

Professional Accreditation

Should Hong Kong delegates wish to obtain CME points, please signify your attendance at the service desk located at the Registration Area.

Certificate of Attendance

Evaluation will be sent to all attendees after the Conference, on or before 11 August 2023. E-Certificate of attendance will be sent by email to those who filled out the Evaluation. If you do not receive the email by 11 August 2023, please check your junk mailbox or contact us at

Personal Property

Please take good care of your personal belongings.  Do not leave them unattended. The organizers and the Conference Secretariat will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your personal properties.

Smoking Policy

HKCEC is a smoke-free facility.  No internal smoking areas will be provided.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the conference programme is accurate at the time of printing. However, organizers reserve the right to change the programme as circumstances may require.

Adverse Weather Arrangements

If typhoon signal no. 8 or higher or a rainstorm black warning is in force, all activities at the HKCEC will be held as scheduled, but tours/visits will be cancelled.  If the warning signal is lowered 3 hours before the start of the activities, the tours/visits will continue as normal.
